I would consider Cary to be very similar to N Raleigh. They share similar amenities, proximity to the airport, price points, and many others. Cary is a large city with different sections and hundreds of neighborhoods to fit all different price points. Cary continuously makes the top 10 lists for a variety of things, including one of the safest cities in the entire country. I’ve sold many homes in Cary and my clients love living here. One major selling point is the close proximity to RTP for those that want to keep commute times as short as possible. Cary can suit many different budgets. The average is about $300,000 so it’s in line with the other areas of the Triangle.
